Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Data Science & Sales Analytics, will support subnational performance measurement and insight generation across territories, regions, accounts, payers, and other local market segments, helping commercial teams identify geographic trends, opportunities, risks, and execution priorities.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain subnational analytics views that assess performance across territories, regions, accounts, markets, and customer segments using pharmaceutical commercial data. Analyze prescription, claims, payer, field activity, and market access data to identify local trends, business drivers, performance gaps, and opportunities for commercial action.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of analytical experience
- SQL, Power BI, data modeling, dashboards, and large or complex databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or Amazon Redshift)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Experience with subnational pharmaceutical analytics, including territory, regional, account, payer, HCP, or local market performance analysis
- Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted analytics tools for analysis, coding, automation, or insight generation preferred
- Able to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, bias, business relevance, and reproducibility while applying responsible AI practices for privacy, security, governance, and sensitive data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, documentation, and process discipline
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources used for subnational analytics, such as IQVIA, Symphony, claims, payer, wholesaler, field activity, and CRM data
- Expert with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
