Role Overview

ComForCare Home Care is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives throughout the Greater Baltimore region. The ideal candidate is a proven business developer who understands how to cultivate referral partnerships, identify new revenue opportunities, and position services effectively within the healthcare and senior care marketplace.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve referral and revenue growth goals. Identify, cultivate, and manage high-value referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of successful business development, healthcare sales, account management, or referral development experience
  • Demonstrated track record of generating referrals, building strategic partnerships, and achieving growth targets
  • Experience in home care, home health, hospice, healthcare services, senior living, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area
