Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM)

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM), you’ll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and own full-cycle recruiting with a cross-functional remit. You’ll partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and data-driven hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

You will own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools, from role intake through offer and close, and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, search strategy, and data-driven feedback throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years hiring sales/GTM roles at a SaaS or tech company
• A passion for creative sourcing and relationship-building, with demonstrated success engaging and nurturing passive candidates
• Experience contributing to hiring processes that assess the quality and suitability of sales talent
• Interest and flexibility to support hiring beyond the sales remit when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A habit of staying current on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices
• Experience working with data to inform decisions and identify trends
• Experience contributing to or owning TA projects
• AI Aptitude: A genuine curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter and more effectively, paired with a drive to learn and put them into practice in your role
