Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Law, or related areas
- Experience in the area of collection, credit recovery, accounts receivable, or finance
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and argumentation
- Familiarity with collection systems and ERP tools
- Good communication skills and ability to negotiate and maintain a professional relationship with clients
- Organization and ability to follow up on agreements, deadlines, and indicators
