Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Tax

Role Overview

The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Tax leads CONMED’s enterprise financial planning, treasury strategy, and global tax activities. This role provides strategic financial leadership across planning, forecasting, liquidity, capital structure, capital allocation, financial risk management, tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and enterprise performance reporting.

What You Will Do

Lead global forecasting processes, deliver accurate financial projections, establish enterprise performance metrics, monitor performance against plans and forecasts, and deliver insights that improve operational performance, profitability, cash flow, and shareholder value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, business finance, or related financial disciplines within a complex multinational organization.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including leadership of managers and/or directors.
• 5+ years of executive-level finance leadership experience with responsibility for enterprise financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, or related corporate finance functions.
