Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will support client and Hub operations by analyzing complex business processes and data. This role requires advanced SQL skills and the ability to produce data analysis findings. The incumbent will collaborate with project team members and technical/database leads to provide insights into data issues driving business decisions.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst will generate standard or custom reports using SQL programming, synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action, and identify, monitor, and analyze current and potential trends customers using Business Intelligence tools.

This role requires expertise in data interpretation, forecasting, predictive modeling, and executive presentation, as well as advanced proficiency with reporting tools such as SQL, SSRS, and Excel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an analytics role working with large data sets and experience with Business Intelligence tool design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Database Management, Data Analytics, or similar field
- 3-5 years’ experience in an analytics role working with large data sets
- 3+ years’ experience with Business Intelligence tool design
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences strongly preferred
- Previous client-facing role preferred
