People Operations & Solutions Lead

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data and Transformation. You’ll play a key role in building a scalable, secure and data-driven People function — owning global governance, driving Workday strategy, leading cross-functional cycles and helping us unlock the potential of automation and AI.

What You Will Do

You’ll own and drive alignment across global People processes, working closely with People Business Process Owners and senior People leadership. You’ll act as a key escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters. You’ll translate People needs into technical requirements and help shape the Workday roadmap and backlog.

• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• The ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
• A strong interest in automation, AI and the future of People Technology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and at senior level
