Wealth Business Development Director

Role Overview

The role involves leading the financial planning business development strategy across London & the South, working with central marketing, Relationship Managers and Partners to deliver aligned campaigns, events and regional growth initiatives. The successful candidate will build and execute regional growth plans, using data and market insights to identify opportunities, deliver measurable results and support ambitious commercial targets.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the financial planning business development strategy, building and executing regional growth plans, developing strong relationships with Partners, professional introducers, centres of influence, high-net-worth individuals and referral partners, and representing Cooper Parry Wealth in the market.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, persuade and inspire a range of audiences
• Experience developing and executing successful regional growth strategies
• A self-starting mindset, strong organisation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
