Collects, analyzes, and interprets operational data to improve distribution performance and support data-driven decision-making, creating reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools using SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

Requirements

  • Collect, cleanse, transform, and analyze large operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop or similar tools.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to perform descriptive, diagnostic, and trend-based analysis.
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Validate and quality-check data sources, queries, and visualizations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver analytical solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Support the implementation of improved reporting methodologies, automation, or analytical tools.
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to established departmental, IT, and project management standards.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple analytical requests in alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Handle sensitive information and handle analytical complexity
