Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior customer service, front desk, or administrative experience
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets)
- Comfort using multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers
- Ability to input customer data accurately into organization databases
- Ability to answer phones, greet visitors, and handle administrative requests simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills to maintain files and calendars
- Ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure
