Financial Analyst, Commissions

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will assist in the accurate and timely calculation and payment of sales commissions for CoStar’s salespeople, and will be responsible for increasing the communication, efficiency, and transparency of our commission plans to our sales force.

What You Will Do

The Analyst will be responsible for analysis of sales commission, working with the Financial Planning and Analysis team and Sales Leadership on monthly reporting and forecasting, designing and creating yearly commission plans, and creating ad hoc reports/analysis for business unit heads and executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
• A track record of commitment to prior employers
• 2+ years of related work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or sales finance/operations
• Strong Excel Skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive level professionals within and outside of the Finance Department
• Ability to identify and help improve current processes to make workflow more efficient
• Strong attention to detail
