We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support our Facilities and Real Estate Lease Management group through data-driven insights, reporting, and operational analysis.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, facilities/real estate analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills, encompassing complex formulas, pivot tables, data aggregation across multiple sources, and clear stakeholder-facing outputs
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends, identify risks, and make recommendations
  • Experience working with operational, facilities, lease, or sustainability data is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with WELL, LEED, or similar sustainability frameworks is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing analytical work with execution-heavy, process-driven tasks
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field (e.g., economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, real estate, environmental studies, or a related discipline)

Benefits

  • Annual base salary in the range of $83,000 – $100,000
  • Eligible for benefits
  • Discretionary bonus
