Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

This role runs the full outbound operation for a go-to-market team, from building prospect lists to handing qualified leads to sales. The person in this seat owns campaign setup and execution across email and LinkedIn, CRM data integrity, email infrastructure and account health, lead reply management, and weekly reporting.

What You Will Do

Monitor and manage replies across all outbound channels daily; respond to warm leads using approved templates and book demos; hand qualified leads to sales with full context; run follow-up/re-engagement on stalled leads and process opt-outs promptly.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing operations supporting a B2B outbound or demand generation team
• Proven experience running multi-channel outbound across email and LinkedIn
• Strong CRM administration skills
• Experience managing lead replies and handoffs to sales
• Working knowledge of email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, bounce management
• Experience with list building and data enrichment
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Sharp attention to detail and clear written English
• Background in US healthcare or staffing outbound (preferred)
• Awareness of CAN-SPAM and TCPA basics for US outreach (preferred)
