Role Overview

The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing tailored sales strategies to leverage Crown Bioscience’s business opportunities in translational science, specifically Oncology. This is a fully remote position for those based in MA.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify and analyze business opportunities, contact prospective customers/partners, develop and maintain key business relationships, and manage logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular and cell biology, drug discovery experience selling to biotech, and relevant business development experience. They will also have masterful selling and negotiation skills, flexibility to travel up to 40% after the pandemic, and a strong background in oncology and in vivo pharmacology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology or related life science field
  • 4-5 years of experience in drug discovery selling to biotech
  • Relevant business development experience (Biotech, CRO)
  • Masterful selling skills
  • Masterful negotiation experience

Benefits

  • Salary range: $130,000-155,000
  • Flexible spending for travel
