Role Overview
As a member of the Business Development (BD) Service Team, provide guidance for CRS’ project design line of expertise and advances best practices in design across CRS. Develops key design resources and strengthens design capabilities across the agency.
What You Will Do
Serve in the Design Lead role for strategic opportunities, lead capture activities, set a plan with country and regional leadership, and contribute to proposal writing, MEAL design and budgeting.

Requirements
- Exceptional knowledge of project design
- Familiarity with key funding agencies
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong strategic, analytical, systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented, detail-oriented and results-oriented
- Team leadership abilities and coaching/mentoring skills
- Fluency in oral and written English required
- Working ability in French, Arabic, or Spanish a plus
