Role Overview
The Business Development Manager drives commercial growth by identifying new markets, acquiring high-value accounts, and managing the sales cycle for cryogenic liquid nitrogen and related services.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts for liquid nitrogen supply and on-site cryogenic services. Collaborate with internal engineering and operations to design tailored cryogenic solutions. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within industrial gases, cryogenics, or related process equipment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Cryogenics, or a related technical/scientific field.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Cryogenics, or a related technical/scientific field
- Deep understanding of cryogenic safety standards, storage tanks (dewars/microbulk), and supply chain logistics
- Superior commercial negotiation, technical problem-solving, and high-level presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, SAP, or other leading CRM platforms
