Role Overview

CTEC is a leading technology firm seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support CBP BEMSD decision-making through data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, visualization, and performance measurement.

What You Will Do

Collect, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, develop reports and dashboards, and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• 3+ years of data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, statistics, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with structured datasets
• Experience with SQL and at least one visualization/BI platform such as Power BI or Tableau
