Role Overview
Join the world’s largest HVAC company as an Applied Systems Branch Sales Manager. Partner with the General Manager to establish a five-year business plan and lead sales efforts through sales engineers. Drive strategies for selling activities and coach sales staff in the effective use of skills.
What You Will Do
Determine gross margin expectations, lead sales efforts, determine product needs of the marketplace, drive strategies for selling activities, schedule and lead sales meetings, coach and mentor sales engineers, and provide market and competitor intelligence.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires 12+ years of related sales engineering experience, 8+ years of people leadership experience, and sales management experience within a commercial HVAC environment. Prior experience working with engineering consultants and basis of design is also preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years related sales engineering experience
