Role Overview
Dandy is hiring a dynamic, high energy, and process-driven, sales manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. As a leader on our commercial sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future of our GTM strategy.
What You Will Do
Lead and inspire a group of 8-10 high performing Dandy Account Executives to consistently exceed their goals, collaborate with senior leadership, and develop the team on a continuous basis.

Requirements
- 5+ years of quota carrying experience
- 3+ years sales management experience, managing at least 5+ sales reps
- Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
- Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Experience in motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when needed
- Must be intellectually curious – dentistry is complex, you must be committed to taking the time to continuously educate yourself on our customer’s industry
