Role Overview

Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our core finance systems. The role will involve defining the structure and vision for a high-performing Finance Systems function, creating scalable solutions, and implementing best practices.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, Finance Systems will build and shape the finance systems function, create scalable solutions, implement best practices, manage technical resources, and foster a data-driven culture within finance.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing or leading projects within finance systems, 7+ years of experience working with core finance systems, and hands-on NetSuite experience.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 4+ years of experience managing or leading projects within finance systems
• Proven Functional & Process Expertise: 7+ years of experience working with core finance systems
• Hands-on NetSuite Experience: Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, administration, and ideally, a working understanding of SuiteScript and integrations
• Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Experience Building & Scaling Systems: Experience in implementing new finance systems or significantly scaling existing ones to support growing business needs
• Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to define a long-term vision for finance systems while also implementing tactical changes
• Collaborative Leadership: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Process-Oriented & Detail-Oriented: Experience designing and implementing processes that drive rigor, consistency, and efficiency across finance workflows
