Requirements
- Proactively identifies gaps in reporting/metrics and creates new behavioral analytics
- Experience in leveraging behavioral analytics to support product development
- Familiarity with CSS and HTML concepts and components
- End to end Pendo knowledge (implementation, analytics, guides, reporting logic)
- Versed in extracting the ‘why’ behind data and project requests
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with significant complexity and scale
