Senior Manager, Growth Strategy (Volume PMO)

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy (Volume PMO) role leads a team of analysts and works closely with senior leaders across the organization to define growth aspirations, where and how to compete, and the capabilities required to win. The team uses a hypothesis-based approach in problem solving to generate insights, propose strategies, and provide objective support to test, pilot, and scale growth initiatives.

What You Will Do

Support project scoping, manage workstreams, and drive strategic insight and decision making. Develop and launch new initiatives to further strengthen the operating model, identify M&A opportunities, and research & analytics around new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a strategy or project management role in an analytical environment
• Experience leading and supporting direct reports
• Bachelor’s Degree required
