Role Overview

The Associate Principal, Product Operations (Enterprise Device Management) will be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses, empowering vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach.

What You Will Do

Manage and optimize the global restaurant device fleet, operate and enhance the Device Management ecosystem, plan and execute global software rollouts, test and QA Android devices, and collaborate with the MDM Product Owner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale Android device environments
• In-depth knowledge of a MDM platform, ideally SOTI MobiControl
• Hands-on experience with other enterprise-scale solutions such as VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch or Ivanti / MobileIron
• A solid understanding of networking technologies and concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and mobile network connectivity
