Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Glovo, you will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and supporting our Sales Executives. Your primary focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.

What You Will Do

Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients, qualify leads, contact potential clients, present our company, build long-term trusting relationships, and report on results.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Portuguese
  • Advanced fluency in English
  • High motivation and strong interest in commercial and sales roles
  • Work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
