Role Overview
Drive new partners’ sales in a high velocity sales environment, building and managing a sales dream team, and achieving organizational goals in a hyper-growing tech startup.
What You Will Do
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, establish clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

5+ years of experience in high-performance sales, previous work experience in a startup or high-demanding environment, and strong leadership and business fundamentals profile.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in high-performance sales
- Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment
- Experience in training and motivating a sales team
- Good Mastery of CRM usage (Salesforce is a plus)
- Knowledge of Arabic, French and English
