Associate Product Manager – Growth Categories

Role Overview

As a leader in the plumbing industry, Delta Faucet is seeking a motivated, analytical Associate Product Manager to support the growth of its emerging product categories. The role will help develop category plans, identify growth opportunities, manage product portfolios, and drive new product commercialization across E-Commerce, Retail, and Trade channels.

What You Will Do

Support the development and execution of category and product portfolio strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share. Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, consumer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related commercial role
• Experience supporting consumer products through one or more stages of the product lifecycle
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools
