Role Overview
The Revenue Enablement Technology Specialist supports the administration, optimization, and adoption of revenue enablement technologies that improve seller productivity, effectiveness, and performance. This role partners with sales, enablement, operations, and technology teams to manage platforms, support users, maintain content, deliver reporting and insights, and assist with sales technology initiatives.
What You Will Do
Own day-to-day administration and governance of revenue enablement technologies and supporting sales tools, including platform maintenance, configuration activities, system integrations, user access, content management, and troubleshooting. Lead the development and ongoing analysis of technology usage, adoption metrics, engagement data, and platform effectiveness to evaluate business impact and seller productivity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years or HS/GED and 6 years of related experience
- Experience supporting business applications, sales technologies, learning platforms, or enablement technologies, platform management and industry trends
- Basic understanding of sales processes, sales technology ecosystems, or sales or revenue enablement disciplines.
- Experience with change management
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports using technology platforms and productivity tools.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
