Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will support the sales team through calling existing and potential national customers, identify sales opportunities, and provide consultative sales support.

What You Will Do

Communicate with customers, maintain and update the CRM system, conduct follow-up activities, and prepare proposals to advance and close sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of proven sales experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and ERP/data management systems
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Excellent assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with and support customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Experience supporting field service operations is a plus
