Role Overview
The Commercial Operations Analyst will own the day-to-day administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of three critical operational areas: Incentive Compensation, Expense Management, and Fleet Operations.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will take ownership of the process, identify opportunities for improvement, develop and document solutions, and drive those solutions through implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–4+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial operations, business operations, finance operations, sales operations, compensation administration, expense management, fleet administration, or a related analytical/administrative function.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage recurring deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee, compensation, expense, and financial information.
