Director of Performance Marketing – E-Commerce

Role Overview

The Director of Performance Marketing – E-Commerce will lead the entire performance marketing department, develop the growth plan for each channel and market, manage budget allocation, and set targets for CAC, MER, and contribution margin.

What You Will Do

The role involves developing the rollout playbook for new markets, ensuring clean dashboards and data quality, and working closely with various teams such as Product & Purchasing, Tech & Shop, Legal, Customer Service, and our Affiliate Club.

Requirements

• several years of experience in a leadership role at a DTC e-commerce brand with nine-figure revenue
• proven track record of profitably managing budgets of several million euros per month across multiple channels
• deep expertise in creative strategy, media buying, funnels and CRO, and CRM
• hands-on experience with ad managers, working on funnels and creatives, not just in meetings
• understanding of attribution and tracking down to the last detail: MER, incremental value, CAPI, server-side tracking, and attribution tools
• leadership experience working with senior executives: building out departments, developing team leaders, and enforcing standards
