Role Overview
The People Operations & Payroll Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of People Operations across Croud US and EMEA. This role will work closely with the Head of Compensation and Benefits and helps ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Maintain accurate employee data and records, coordinate payroll and benefits inputs, support onboarding and offboarding processes, manage background checks and employment documentation, and respond to routine employee and manager queries.
