GTM Systems Engineer

Role Overview

DNSFilter is a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. The GTM Systems Engineer will own the day-to-day configuration, integrity, and health of the platforms our revenue teams run on, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will own how leads route, how records are structured, how our systems talk to each other, and how we know when something breaks. They will also communicate clearly with the Sales and Marketing teams who depend on the outcome.

Requirements

• 4+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including the Salesforce integration and field mapping
• Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Demonstrated experience configuring lead routing, assignment rules, and territory models
• Experience running bulk data operations and imports with appropriate testing and validation
• A working habit of testing before deploying and documenting what you changed
• Ability to communicate clearly and directly with non-technical stakeholders about system behavior and its consequences
• Ability to work hours overlapping with ET
• Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship now and/or in the future
