Role Overview
As Team Lead Sales Development, you will build and lead a high-performing SDR team that consistently delivers qualified pipeline. You will own the SDR operating model from first contact to handoff to the Account Executive.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities include developing your SDR team through structured coaching, fostering a process-oriented outreach culture, and ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads and meetings.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development
- Practical knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub
- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic thinking
- Effective communication and coaching skills
- Fluency in English; German or additional languages are an advantage
