Role Overview
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Oncology Portfolio. Monitor market trends and build relationships with key customers. Lead a team of Product Specialists and foster a positive team culture.
What You Will Do
Track sales and non-sales related KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular feedback to team members. Conduct field visits and joint calls to support team members and evaluate performance.
