Role Overview

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to design, document, and execute variable pay programs. The role involves strategic design, financial modeling, and scenario calculations to assess the impact of total rewards and commission program changes.

Responsibilities include processing transactions via SAP Commissions, gathering approvals, and ensuring compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive design, or sales finance
  • Platform expertise in designing, calculating, or administering variable compensation platforms, specifically SAP Commissions
  • Advanced Excel capabilities to create complex spreadsheets, build models, and interpret data trends
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
