Role Overview
The role is for a GTM & Salesforce Systems Administrator to join the Revenue Operations team. The administrator will own and improve the configuration of Salesforce, automate information flows, and build scalable solutions that power the go-to-market engine. The role involves leading the entire project cycle, from scoping initial pain points and requirements through implementing solutions and training teams on new workflows.
What You Will Do
The administrator will architect, design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams. They will also support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools, manage and maintain AI-powered integrations, drive the migration from Salesforce CPQ to a new CPQ tool, and document and organize information related to data structures, relationships, definitions, and processes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Salesforce administrator/developer experience, Salesforce Administration/Advanced Administration certification, hands-on CPQ experience, technical proficiency in SQL and database structures, and experience partnering with departments and leadership to scope requirements and see projects through to completion.
