Business Development Director, Solution Sales CH- m/f/d (R-19082)

We are looking for a Business Development Director to support the growth of our Finance & Risk Solutions business by developing new enterprise relationships and strengthening existing ones in environments.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience managing and growing large, complex enterprise customers
  • Experience in data, SaaS, or data‐driven solution environments is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions in regulated and governance‐heavy environments
  • Strong expertise in Finance & Risk Solutions, Third Party Risk, Compliance & regulatory frameworks, and risk & governance topics
  • Extensive experience engaging with C‐level executives and positioning AI‐driven and advanced data solutions at executive and board level
  • Skilled in MEDDICC methodology and Challenger Sales (or comparable sales methodologies)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and analytics tools
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and execution‐driven (“runs independently”)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and executive levels
  • Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
