We are looking for a Business Development Director to support the growth of our Finance & Risk Solutions business by developing new enterprise relationships and strengthening existing ones in environments.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience managing and growing large, complex enterprise customers
- Experience in data, SaaS, or data‐driven solution environments is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions in regulated and governance‐heavy environments
- Strong expertise in Finance & Risk Solutions, Third Party Risk, Compliance & regulatory frameworks, and risk & governance topics
- Extensive experience engaging with C‐level executives and positioning AI‐driven and advanced data solutions at executive and board level
- Skilled in MEDDICC methodology and Challenger Sales (or comparable sales methodologies)
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and analytics tools
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and execution‐driven (“runs independently”)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and executive levels
- Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
