Role Overview

The Senior Director, Global Marketing Operations leads the strategy, execution, and modernization of marketing operations across people, process, and technology. This role partners with Marketing, Brand & Communications team leads to accelerate campaign velocity, scale what works across regions, and hold execution to a standard of rigor that turns marketing activity into business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Set and own the enterprise marketing operations and MarTech strategy, aligned to business goals and modernization priorities. Own budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning across marketing operations, maximizing efficiency and return on marketing investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B marketing operations
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers and building teams of 10+ people
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale operations organizations
  • Strong cross-functional influence across Marketing, Product, Technology, Sales, and business partners
  • Deep expertise in campaign operations, marketing automation, and analytics enablement
  • Strong point of view on how modern marketing teams should collaborate, document strategy, and apply technology
  • Demonstrated experience building AI orchestration and automation into marketing workflows
  • Strong understanding of marketing investment, budget management, and ROI measurement to inform prioritization and decision-making
