Data Analyst – EPESI (Enterprise Performance Evaluation & Strategic Initiative)

On Site Full TimePickering, Ontario, CanadaDurham Community Health Centre

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Analyst to support our multi-site organization across Durham Region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a passion for healthcare analytics, and excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite
  • Certification in database management is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in database management and business data analysis
  • Experience with Telus PS Suite and other database systems
  • Ability to align data analysis with strategic goals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience working collaboratively in a community-based, interdisciplinary team
  • Experience in adult education and delivering training is an asset
  • Experience in healthcare, community health centres, or the non-profit sector is an asset
