Client Success Manager (SEO/Digital Marketing)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who has worked with SEO or digital marketing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, and driving client satisfaction and retention.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO and digital marketing clients, build and maintain strong client relationships, and monitor campaign progress.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing
• Prior experience working in a digital marketing or SEO agency
• Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online marketing strategies
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proven experience in team management or leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities
