Inside Sales Engineer – Process Systems & Solutions

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer needs are met with tailored technical solutions. You will assist customers in selecting and sizing control system solutions, and collaborate with account managers to develop and grow business within a designated territory.

What You Will Do

You will utilize customer input to select products, develop solutions, and deliver accurate customer quotes in a timely manner. You will support the delivery of positive customer outcomes and work with customers to determine sizing and selection of control systems and reliability solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience, and have working knowledge of control systems, reliability, and relevant industries. You will have the ability to develop and deliver solutions based on technical and business challenges, and possess negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
