Role Overview
Design, further development, and optimization of operational processes within the product organization, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. Development of teams and fostering of an open, trust-based collaboration culture. Establishment and assurance of quality standards for products and processes.
What You Will Do
Planning and facilitation of retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Close collaboration with Product Owners to align on strategic topics and priorities. Development, implementation, and management of relevant KPIs to ensure transparent performance tracking.
Why It Might Be a Fit
At least 7 years of leadership experience with a clear and empathetic leadership style. Strong understanding of processes, with proven experience in designing and optimizing them.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Experience with SharePoint and common project management tools
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
