Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in shaping how Ecommpay plans, manages, and grows the business. The role involves working closely with budget owners, senior management, the Board of Directors, and cross-functional teams to turn financial and operational data into clear insights and support better business decisions.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, while also supporting strategic initiatives, business cases, and expansion projects. The role will involve delivering cost analytics, driving cost optimisation opportunities, and providing proactive financial analysis of new projects, products, and business initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business controlling, corporate finance or a similar role
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, with the ability to independently own and improve processes
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable business insights
• Proficiency in English
• Strong ownership, initiative, and independence, combined with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
