People Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The People Operations Specialist will be a key member of the global People Operations team, supporting operational excellence and a consistent employee experience across the organisation. The role will provide practical, day-to-day support across People processes, systems, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle activities.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, compiling and validating multi-country payroll instructions, and providing responsive guidance to employees and managers on People policies and processes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience in People Operations, HR administration, or HR systems within a global or multi-country organisation, with hands-on experience with HiBob or a comparable global HRIS.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations, HR administration, or HR systems within a global or multi-country organisation
• Hands-on experience with HiBob or a comparable global HRIS
• Experience coordinating multi-country payroll inputs and working with payroll providers or internal payroll teams
• A strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, People data administration, and HR operational best practice
