Senior Product Ops Specialist (SLA)

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Ops Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and continuously improving the programme operating model, governance, funding, security, and vendor workflows. You will develop reusable operating practices, templates, and standards that become the default way future transformation workstreams operate. You will also capture, codify, and continuously improve programme operational knowledge, including governance playbooks, procurement patterns, security patterns, and AI operating guides.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning a suite of programme health metrics, using them to optimise the programme objectively, and running the programme on data. You will also be the single point of contact for central functions (Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, IT) and coach delivery teams and Product Managers on effective operational practices.
