Role Overview
As our Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social), you will refine our Meta strategy, testing bold ideas and scaling winning strategies to bring our hybrid learning worlds to hundreds of thousands of families.
What You Will Do
Own daily Meta campaign operations, drive strategic testing, lead creative pipeline coordination, conduct data analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Experience managing and scaling Meta accounts independently within a B2C or E-Commerce environment
- Proven experience of turning raw data into action plans and meaningfully improving conversion rates
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager, including knowledge of bidding strategies, audiences, and technical tracking
- Proficiency in both English and German (C1+)
