Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets for all Home Studio products, including tiles and FLM solutions. The role involves managing the full sales process, developing and coaching the sales team, and ensuring effective execution of sales programs and customer service initiatives.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement sales programs and strategies to achieve revenue targets, lead market scoping initiatives, conduct regular sales meetings, and monitor progress on the sales team’s project pipelines and deliverables.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities
