Eichleay is accepting resumes for a senior-level Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand presence across the Western United States.

Requirements

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Western U.S.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract award.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and value propositions.
  • Introduce innovative approaches to selling EPCM and advisory services, including AI-enabled insights and data-driven differentiation.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasts in the Company CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of business development experience in EPCM, engineering, or related industries.
  • Proven experience selling EPCM services and generating sustained revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and modern business development tools.
  • Comfort partnering with teams using AI or digital tools in pursuit development and market analysis.
