Role Overview
This position will focus on new business development and grow revenues in existing and newly assigned Great Lakes Region territories. The role will build strategic market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships and project opportunities. The Business Development Manager will oversee the Great Lakes area (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan) and travel will be a necessity.
What You Will Do
Identify, pursue, and close new clients who meet Alliance’s prospect profiles, build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory, and work with operations and technical experts to land all opportunities.

Requirements
- Education – Bachelors Degree preferred in Engineering, Science or related field
- Experience – Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, ideally in industrial, technical, or environmental/field services sales.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities —Superior customer service attitude and proven track record of being a self-starter, must have initiative and the ability to make quality decisions.
