Role Overview
The Business Development Director will lead the Business Development function for Par Health, responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and negotiating new business opportunities for licensing or M&A.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead strategic and financial analysis, execute due diligence efforts, facilitate senior management briefings, and manage the transition of successful business transactions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant Pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 8 years of progressive Business Development experience, and a demonstrated track record of deal execution.
Requirements
- Minimum BA; MS, MBA or Scientific background highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive Business Development experience
- Experience with both generic and sterile products
- Demonstrated track record of deal execution
